On Wednesday, November 13th, Lincoln Heights Public School will be conducting 15-minute parent-teacher interviews. The progress report and interview process provides parents with a more complete picture of the progress their child is making, both academically and socially. Please contact the school if you wish to have an interview with your child’s teacher.

In order to assist us in setting up the schedule, we ask that you please call the school (519-884-4010) on Wednesday, November 6th and Thursday, November 7th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to arrange a time. We will attempt to schedule consecutive interviews with parents who have more than one child in the school. If you have more than one child, it is important that you call the school as soon as possible. If you would prefer to have a conference (more than one teacher at the interview) please let us know when you call. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the school in advance to cancel.

Interview times:
Wednesday, November 13th, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
There is no PD day provided for interview purposes this year.

If this date is not a possibility for you, please contact your child’s teacher directly by leaving a message in their voicemail. The teacher will then call you to set up an interview at school on another date or a phone interview.
