We have been lucky enough to be selected to be a part of the EIEI program here at Lincoln Heights.  This involves the use of a program called Tools for Life.  We use this program to help to teach our children problem solving language and provide them with skills to cope in difficult situtaions and advocate for themselves in appropriate ways.  I have attached a couple of websites which will give you some more information about the program and also some resources to allow for the use of common language if you wish when you approach these situations with your children at home.
