Hello Lincoln Heights!1. Thank you to all those who attended our Spring Picnic. We have a great community and thank you to those who helped out and made this event happen!

2. We did it! Our school is one step closer to getting our new primary playground. Here is the final approved design >> LINCOLN HEIGHTS PLAYGROUND. It should be ready by next September. Thank you to our school council members, staff and also our community supporters, fuindraisers, and donations to make this happen.

3. Please note that e-scooters, one wheels and e-bikes are not allowed on school property, especially when young children are present during school hours (8am to 3:30pm).

With the warmer weather, we are noticing the use of e-scooters in and around the community. To help support the safety of all students and families in our neighbourhood, please keep the following in mind:

In order to ride an e-scooter

– you must be at least 16 years old

– you must wear a helmet

– you cannot ride with more than one person on the e-scooter at any time

These are rules set by the province for anywhere in Ontario where e-scooters are allowed.

Also, a reminder that any bikes and non motorized scooters must be walked while on school property to support safety for everyone. We will not support the storage of e scooters, one wheels inside our building.
