Hello Lincoln Heights families,

As we have already shared, this year, we are the adopted school for the Indigo Love of Reading Foundation’s Adopt a School Fundraiser, which is happening right now! Both the Kitchener Indigo and the Conestoga Mall Indigo stores have been raising money for Lincoln Heights (September 4 – October 4) to be used to purchase new books for our school. 

To build awareness and help boost fundraising efforts, both the Waterloo Indigo store and the Kitchener Indigo store will each be having a FREE ADOPT A SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE this weekend, and everyone is invited to attend! There will be local kids authors, toy demonstrations, face painting, storytime and more! The Kitchener Indigo store will have their open house on Saturday September 26th from 12-5, and the Waterloo Indigo store will have their open house on Sunday September 27th from 12-5.

Our school will receive every dollar raised during these four weeks and will receive a 30% discount off books when shopping at Indigo, Chapters and Coles using fundraiser donations.

Through the Adopt a School fundraiser, we are hoping to raise enough money to put one new book into the hands of each and every one of our students!
